Back is fried from bottom to top. NICE.
OK TGU's 5 minutes straight with 53 switching hands every rep. They became 1/2 tgus at the end lol.
12 minutes of swings 30 seconds on 60 off
w/53 100 swings. I'm so not in shape, my best is 160 in 12
