It's 430 and we have an official diagnosis

Ketoacidosis. The docs are blaming low-carb diet combined with excersize. They say that Ketouremia combined with Rhabado is the cause. I'm frustrated now because it's right back to square one. She has been on a low carb diet for 8 days, yet some of these symptoms have been getting worse for a couple of years.
The scary thing is that she had the same level of muscle breakdown that severe diabetics get or severe alcoholics who drink and pass out without moving for hours.

Take the best advice available. "Ketosis is dangerous in uncontrolled diabetes" is a statement throughout most dietary texts. Thinks of health first then the rest will fall in place. A good source of data is Lyle McDonald's stuff. You don't have to keto diet to get results. Thinks of balance, health, energy management.
Good luck. We'll be checking in on you.

rif, that's the thing she did very little. She did 5x5 squats on an empty powersquat machine, 5x5 SLDL wit 2 15 lb dumbells ( 30 lbs ). and about 30 minutes on a bike. Easy, easy, cause she was just starting out again. Nothing even CLOSE to failure.

She appreciates your well wishes as do I.
