Got my coc #2 gripper today
wow is that thing a monster, I swear it could lift a garage door......LOL
5 negatives each side

bulldog
floor press 3x3
bent over row 3x3
single leg dead 2x2 l/r ( balance is the issue not strength )

2 hand swing chest level 5x5
