When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ball-point pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat this problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside-down, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300 C. The Russians used a pencil. This is a perfect analogy for the kettlebell.

I am 33, really love to read, just getting back into working out after too many years off, have a brand new passion for kettlebells, like pool, fishing, camping..ect

This guy is totally a keeper Royce. Casey...remember the last guy was a good guy...but he just seemed like he was ready to bolt any moment...and what do you know...he did....Jim isn't like that...he likes me...is comfortable in his own skin...and is ready to settle down. I'm not counting my chickens...i know better than that...however i am totally gathering up the eggs. :)

You GO man!! Your "blowing chunks" reminded me of a part in the movie 'Twins' with Arnold & Dan Devito. A girl gives Arnold cookies as a romantic gesture and he says, "thanks for the cookies, I can't wait to toss them." LOL
