2 hand swing 3x5 bulldog
bent over row 3x3 bulldog
transfer swings navel level 3 transfers each hand PR
one legged deadlift 4 singles each leg
2 Personal Records in one workout, HELL YA.
Very excited about the floor press PR, it means I can work my pressing muscles directly with the weight I want to press!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah- I feel the burn! I've worked my TAIL OFF this week. Subbing for SO many instructors who are enjoying their last week of Summer vacation with their kiddos. Did 4 classes in one day yesterday. My heels hurt like I've got stone bruises. How strange is that?! Tomorrow I'm subbing AGAIN! Who-hooo. This should be enough to bust my plateau...
Alright way to go!!!! I freakin' hate plateaus. Remember the first two weeks when you/I first started lifting?

i think you and Barb have gone out and sniffed one to many pine trees. That or you've flooded out by all this rain...or possibly just while sniffing pine trees the water from the flood splashed up and you drowned.
