don't laugh it's hard!
I'm going to alter between swings and C&J's. it's too bad these are known primarily as a GS excersize. I really like them. I think they have just as much place in an atheletes program as snatches. JMHO.

nice work man. enjoying the new camera eh? lol. thats great. try to catch the clean portion a bit lower( elbow down towards the waist a bit more) you dont want to swing it high and have it drop on you.
these kind of complex moves done for progressively higher reps will get you leaner faster. keep it up.
I was going to point out the exact thing about the elbow, but other than that, solid :)
I'm still going to kick your ass. All the C&Js in the world aren't going to save you from that skirt! :)
Rif and Christine, That's one thing I noticed when I saw the replay, a few times it looked like I was cleaning it to my shoulder. EE Gads! The camera kicks butt to check form.
I wanted more than 20 but it wasn't going to happen. It will though!!
