I just realized something..

about the clean and press vs 1 clean and multiple presses.
The clean and press makes you start each rep as a single no bounce at the bottom to help you cheat the next rep up, that HAS to help with starting strength because you practice starting again every rep. all my overhead presses will be off the pins or C&P.
Freakin' cool.

Ya know, I don't do cleans anymore with my bell cause of the GS training... that'll have to definitely go back in. No cheating with the presses! You're only cheating yourself! Ok... enough with the preaching...

Yeah no cheating on anything. I gained a lot of strength back on my bench because of the 3 months of C&P's. Jack Reape said raw benchers need tons of paused reps. I think I can see why, no help in the beggining from the bench shirt. And keeps it "legal" no bouncing off the chest.

About the Ebola are you saying I gave you a virus over the computer? and would that make it a computer virus?? LOL.

That response from Donnie Thompson had me in stitches. The funny part is that if it was a real question I bet the guy tried it. I love the way he started out " I'm a pretty serious powerlifter." not I'm a class II or master or whatever. The "When you do your curls......"
Heshould read the posted TRAINING LOGS on EFS. LOL

Oh yeah. I can dead hang weight clean the bulldog for reps. It really hits the traps and upper back. I want another bulldog and start working up to double dead weight cleans. cleans ROCK.

That's the explanation I'm sticking with. Your blog infected my blog. Sounds pretty rational to me :)

Anything sounded rational with the fever, dehydration, and constant vomiting!

If you can get on myspace, I put some pics up, they're kinda grainy but it's me now.
Yes, I am determined. I have a long ways from my goal, but I have a year or 2 to go and that's just fine with me. :)
