RoP easy day

press ladders with 53
2 x 5

tried an experiment

snatches 5/5 with 60 seconds rest between sets as explosive as possible
4 sets started slowing down 10 sets no way, made 5 sets before hammy fatigue started comprimising form.

Rif is right 5/5 x 10 with minimal rest and no loss appreciable loss in acceleration with the Beast is WAY beyond any normal human!!

told ya. working to accelerate as hard as possible over and over with short rest periods develops all kind so useful strengths and speed.
and power endurance is not a bad thing at all. especially for a boxer that wants to hit as hard in round 12 as he did in round 1.or a regular guy that wants to be as strong at the end of his work day as he was in the begining.

the short rest periods and max acceleration is a tough one. builds lots of muscle too.if you really want to go nuts wrap a bands around a kb for two handed swings and try to swing it as fast as possible!I used minibands and it kicked my ass.

Power-endurance is a great thing. I want the power-strength/endurance. Big time.
Definately going to add snatches and swings in that format when I finish the RoP stuff.
Kick Ass workout man.
