Workout post
I am in the middle of chores today, I walk out to my garage and lift. Damn it feels good to do that. No traffic, no BS, no waiting for nuttin. Just me and some iron.
Squat 225 4x3
PBN/stretch ( got this idea from Beyond Bodybuilding, toss in a few light BB presses to help stretch out the shoulders. )
85 lbs 5x3 held the stretch at the bottom. easy, but it was supposed to be.
KJs V02 15/15 with the 35
20 rounds/140 snatches.
