workout post to follow

Right now this is my current Pete's coffee recipe. A little scoop came in the bag, the instructions say one scoop per 4 oz of water. I boil my water put it in a coffee/tea press and 2 scoops per 6 oz let it steep for 5 minutes, press pour and drink. Nuclear strength lemme tell you. I need to get the whole beans and do a course grind though if I'm gunna keep using the press. 2 cups this morning and I'm wired like crack. :-)
