You ever had a WELL DUH moment
I have them all the time.
After my workout my tris are freakin FRIED big time, I've supersetted rows and floor press or row and side press with the 88 before so I couldn't figure out why my tris are still shakey.

I was doing renegade rows and floor press, I did 10 sets of each arm of things that nailed my tris. YEESH

Renegade row is not just a back exercise, is it? I had my intro to this exercise in Brad Nelson's class, and it looks promising, in moderation.
Yeah, its a total upper-body movement. Nails the "core" too.
