Did a Mahleresque workout today

Double 70's

A1 Renegade row 5x5
A2 floor press 5x5

done as supersets 90 seconds between sets

rested 5 minutes

B1 front squats 5x5
B2 double swings sumo stance 5x10

supersets 90 seconds betwen sets

Notes
As usual Kbs are much more difficult than you would think. 140 lb floor press looks like nothing but it hits the tris pretty damned hard. sets of 10 in double swing was brutal. Taxed my wind and strength.
