figured out an important part of renegade rows today
The key I was missing actually. RRs had me completely stumped even with my feet REALLY wide. I need to actively push down with the non moving arm, the harder I push down the easier the movement becomes a 70s used to give me serious problems. now it's pretty easy. Later tonight I'm going to do some RRs ( pulling the 88 but resting my non moving hand on my 70 ) then swings. Me and Barb are going to do some yoga too, kind of a spiritual thing for me and her.
