150 swings. This was much harder that I have been pushing myself lately the compressed rest periods really really SUCK. But it's what I need to do

On-the-minute training is great. Glad you're doing it 'cause I don't have the nads most days. I'm going to revisit my "puke pyramid" with 2-hand swings sometime soon as a test (10 up to 15 down to 10, done on the minute). The first try was memorably unbearable. Anything better than that will mark an improvement.

I don't have nads most days either. I need my rest periods man!! LOL!
