SHITTY WORKOUT
man this one sucked. No energy at all. The only good thng is that my lower back is barely fatigued and my new form seems to get my hammies and glute hammie tie in FRIED. The bottom part of my glutes were pumped.
1 and 1/2 hand swing with 53
( 10, 20, 30 ) x 4
then 10, 10, 10, 10
280 swings, Just drenched with sweat. I feel totally dehydrated even though I drank half a gallon of water during the workout.
Really don't feel so good right now.
