When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ball-point pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat this problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside-down, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300 C. The Russians used a pencil. This is a perfect analogy for the kettlebell.

Royce,
As an AZ native and a fellow fair skinner....housework is the way to go when you are upset! First off it's inside where the sun can't reach ya! It's also cooler, and you get to slam stuff around under the guise of cleanliness!
I hope that things are okay now. I am always impressed with you and your motivation and dedication...of course I am not sure how much motivation it would be to work out if I had to dress like a girl...lol...since I AM a girl. :)
Have a good day on me! You deserve it!
I was getting away FROM the house Deb!!
LOL...well then my solution just won't work will it? Glad things are good now!
I have to be honest here...while I really want you to win...deep inside my heart I really want to see pictures of you in a cute little skirt. :)
