When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ball-point pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat this problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside-down, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300 C. The Russians used a pencil. This is a perfect analogy for the kettlebell.

WOW- that is downright inspirational! Thanks for sharing.
Roycie!!!
It's good to have you back online too! I missed you...I read what your doing even though I don't often comment. Thanks for wishing me a Happy M-Day....I can't wait because this time next year I'll be the mother of a 6 month old that I can hold and cuddle and tickle...woo hoo.
You are doing so good with the whole work out thing...I wish that I had the dedication you do. I am doing better...but I am still at the point where if any small excuse not to work out comes my way I take it.
Hope you have a jim dandy day.
Talk soon
yeah baby, where there's a will there's a way!
