Rop Med day

Workout SUCKED I don't get it. I ate clean and got over 10 hours sleep last night.
Press w/ 70 1,2 x 3 never got the groove, even banged the hell out of my shoulder cleaning the 70. WTF

Oh well another one down. Maybe this is why Pavel suggested doing 3 months of ETK then 3 months of BB or PtP then back to ETK so it never gets stale.
