It has to be the Kettlebells

that is the only explination. My forearms didn't get the slightest bit sore even from several max attempts and negatives with the BBSM. Everything still feels solid and healthy.
Great, I took time away from grip work and came back closer to my goal, I freakin' LOVE kettlebells!!!!!!!!

My forearms gave out before my grip did last week at the end of my workout, doing bottoms up cleans. Usually it's the other way around!

LOL, KB's do get the forearms burning. I have a re-occurring injury in my right forearm related to overzealous grip training. Hopefully it's healed. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and oh yeah CYCLING MY LOADS............LOL
