When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ball-point pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat this problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside-down, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300 C. The Russians used a pencil. This is a perfect analogy for the kettlebell.

No one offered anything up? No vending machines? What do you usually take for lunch?
Although I have to admit, I'm very selfish with my food! But I always have a spare apple or pkg. of prunes!
Completely broke yesterday, not even 50 cents with me :-(.
And I wouldn't take anyone elses food for real, they shouldn't have to pack their lunch for me too!!
I remember running home to my mother's house with an 18 month old on BART in the late night hours hoping I could beg for enough money once I got to Fremont to catch the express bus to San Jose to get away from an ass-hole of a boyfriend.
Living on potatoes and ketchup, Burger King was a gormet meal!
Barely mustering up enough change for some gas, usually less than 2 bucks. I'm still to this day reminded of how good my life is when I can fill up my car with gas.
That's why I give Mark credit for "saving" me. He really did.
I understand.
