Jean Claude? Is that you??

You look very strong. The hair & beard remind me of Aragorn from Lord of the Rings.

I will be posting a fitness pic of myself very soon.

PS. Thanks for the kind words on my blog. :o)

Are you doing weights everyday? I hope not!

You need to rest your muscles one day in between.

When you strain your muscles, they get little tears in them. Which is good... but you need to give them a day to repair before straining them again. That's what makes them bulk up.

Sorry if you knew that already!

Sybil thanks for the advice and concern, I did know that but I really appreciate the concern.
I cycle not only my days off but the intensity of weights, I have speed days, max effort days, and light days. I have made the mistake of overtraining before it bites!!

Stella, sandals in Phoenix is a good thing otherwise your feet sweat profusely. If it is 110 degrees in the day ( happens a lot in the summer ) the sidewalk is like 130 degrees and the heat radiates through to your feet.
I know most girls want a guy who dresses up, but mostly I am a seriously laid back dude, T-shirt, shorts, and Birkenstocks for me baby. If I lived in a colder climate I would put forth more effort, after all you have seasons and can wear layers and such!!!

LOL trailady, no, no Jean-Claude here.
The hair was soaked with workout sweat, you should see it right after I wash and condition it, head full of it. LOL
