2 pood press
I did it today I pressed 2 poods or 72 lbs with each hand. I took a 25lb plate, a 2.5 lb plate a length of chain and a D clip and attached them to my 44 lb KB and got it overhead with my right arm, 3/4 with my left, tried about 1/2 hour later with my left and made it. YEEEHAWWW. Man is that heavy, my right lat cramped up while pressing on my left side, sore tomorrow I think.

I however am not sure I could get excited about cramping up and being sore from lifting weights.

perhaps cramping up and being sore from some sort of OTHER activity that takes place when two people are horizontal.
Now there is a work out tape I want to own ;P

You definately have this drive that I wish I had...or maybe I can dig deep enough and find it.
Two weeks ago I missed both classes of kickboxing. Last week I missed the last part of the week. This week i went twice and damn my ass hurts. ohh, and did i mention my quads? oh, yes, and my groin, damn that shit hurts, and unfortunately i can think of a lot of NICER reasons why they SHOULD be hurting LOL.

Shellibells, you crack me up! I know the feeling. My instructor works us really hard with squats and lunges. Some mornings it's a killer just to sit on the hopper- getting back up again is pretty bad too. UGH! But, I'm looking and feeling better so guess it's working...
