one hand swing with 53 sets of 15 one minute rest between sets, got 10 sets totall 150 swings in 18 minutes.

200 with the 88?! Goddamn!
A while back a couple of previous SRKC's did 1000 swings continious with the 88. So 200 just doesn't seem like that much to me. plus the rest periods were LOOOONG :-)
Y'know, just when I start to feel really good about where I'm at in my training, I'll read another KB blog where they're doing crazy reps/weights that make me feel like an ant! Seriously, though, it keeps my striving to do more, and heavier! (single handed swings with the 26# today. Whoo-hoo!)
Your doing great don't worry! Some of the people on the board make me feel antish myself.
