Box squats 160x12x2
sets 10,11,and 12 were mentally tough.
continious TGU 5 min. I got spanked used an 18 lb bell and made the 5 minutes but freakin hell does that mess with the ego.
swings w/24
didn't count reps
30seconds on 1 minute off for 15
the swings were getting mighty low towards the end :-)

I'm telling ya, TGUs are ego-killers. It's like "i'm all big and strong...except... when I do these..."
Really starts to fuck with you when you can't get up and down repeatedly without wheezing!
