I feel strong today

I mean physically AND mentally, like I know I will pass school, and I feel very strong this morning, I picked up Cheyenne and almost threw her overhead, I feel lighter than I am too.
It's a cool feeling. I'm just using the 53 and I am starting to walk around feeling strong.
Can't wait untill I'm tossing around the bulldog, but that is many many steps ahead of this one!!

good stuff man. one of the things about kbs that many forget is that the lighter weights create the ability to produce huge levels of force BECAUSE they are light enough to move FAST. If the bell is too heavy for you to move fast it actually doent work as well, I believe.
Thats how training with lighter bells will make it possible to throw the bigger ones around.Just too easy to gets so enamored with the big balls that the littler ones get short shrift! and then we get slower and acutally weaker!
One of the best things I learned from training WSB is the importance of speed in strength training.

Good to see you are feeling good.

Don't worry man, no matter how my training progresses I will always use the 53 for speed and acceleration work.
I tried and tried to dead weight clean the bulldog but it wasn't untill most of my "conditioning" started being from the 53 that I could do it, yesterday as a matter of fact.
I just want to be able to do speed work with the bigger bells too LOL.
We'll see, I have YEARS and YEARS to progress.
