When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ball-point pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat this problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside-down, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300 C. The Russians used a pencil. This is a perfect analogy for the kettlebell.

You seem to like the Roll the dice workouts. They seem like fun as they offer nice variety.
Either way you're guaranteed a challenging workout!
Yeah just doing ETK as prescribed.
I have had a seriously hard time staying motivated to workout regularly in the past. I really love the idea of working out the original RKC way circuits of whatever excersizes I want that day. or to do EDT also.
But I loose focus, so the ETK routines are one of the ways I am working on to develop not only my athletic potential but my mental discipline.
Once I develop the discipline to complete the set goals then I will branch out farther.
