That damn
wrist-palm tendon thingy is acting up again. Sucks Ice/heat tonight will see what happens. Can't even pick up a kb.
When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ball-point pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat this problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside-down, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300 C. The Russians used a pencil. This is a perfect analogy for the kettlebell.

It is SO very frustrating to have the will & the desire to workout, but have an injury that keeps you from it. Listen to your body. Rest up a day or two and you'll probably be feeling fine. I'm nearly out of the getting sore phase of my routine. Muscles are getting used to the work-load they are receiving every day.
Yeah my recent workouts have been KILLER total endorphin rush and energy after I am done. Kbs are hard on the grip and I started grip trainig specifically I just did too much. I gues 'cuz I want it ALL right now. DO'OH.
Guess I ain't 18 anymore.
I really enjoyed looking at your site, I found it very helpful indeed, keep up the good work.
