How do you define a good Martial Artist

This dude is traditional TKD. Wich I never thought was effective. But he makes it so.
Is a good MA simply one who has studied one technique a thousand times not a thousand techniques one time? Is it body type? Is it agressiveness? Is it just staying with something untill mastery?

Opinions anybody. Please.

I dont know what makes a good martial artist having never studied it but I will say this; that after watching so many MMA fights (especially pride) and seeing how freaking devastating just basic kicks to the legs can be why more guys dont train that harder?
from inside and outside leg kicks that just take away a guys ability to stand to those amazing roundhouse knockout kicks that take dudes OUT from a distance to the serious damage knees do I wonder why you dont see that much in ufc?
great video btw.

Yeah Rif, those legs kicks seem just devastating. I remember when "Conan" Marcos who was a BJJ guy fought a dude who had spent 20 years in the IFKA throwing leg kicks. Conan got hs legs taken away then BLAM roundhouse to the head when he was expecting a leg kick. Split his cheek actually.
