workout post

bench 180x5,160x5
DL 230x5,205x5
Both felt light add 25 lbs a week and it'll add up.

back felt fine today very little soreness.

Tgu 8 minutes.
44 for the first 4 mintes 18lbr for the next 4 got all 8 minutes
swing with 53 broke 150 got 160 reps. Hell yeah. I'm getting more endurance again.
