This guy needs to see an RKC
and possibly a surgeon for his shoulder.
When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ball-point pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat this problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside-down, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300 C. The Russians used a pencil. This is a perfect analogy for the kettlebell.

no shit dude! thats scary.
The stabilisation at the top looks crazy. I think he is just being too greedy, v strong guy though,
Yet it looks like he is doing them right mostly. Try doing the clean out to the side with just an empty, there will be weightlessness from the second pull and then sort of turn the hand to get a clean position on the side.
The lifts specifically the clean at the side are described in Pullum's book.

The one arm snatches in the middle look good mostly. It is very hard to approc OL style. A lot of people just pull hard from the floor.
RKCS are a joke for the most part. This guy was an RKC and CST as well and trained at Iron Core and with Mahler.
This was just video of him learning how to do these lifts, no need to critique.
