When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ball-point pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat this problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside-down, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300 C. The Russians used a pencil. This is a perfect analogy for the kettlebell.

I am 33, really love to read, just getting back into working out after too many years off, have a brand new passion for kettlebells, like pool, fishing, camping..ect

Bad Ass!! My dragon is bigger than yours!!! I've got a red dragon on my hip that slides down the front of my right thigh!

I'm waiting until after my "tummy tuck" to have my back finished! I want to put a tiger clawing it's way up my back, connecting my dragon to my snake. But in the mean time I'm thinking a small tattoo with a KB deserves some space on my skin!
Kick ass. Lifters need tattoos, it's a rule I've just made up!
