Wednesday will be 3 months with no missed workouts, not counting sickness. Some of them half been half efforts, some have been bust ass workouts. But they have all meant something. They mean I'm not a sissy.

Starting wed. Im going to switch to EDT style workouts for 3 months.
Every time somebody asks how to build muscle and loose fat, or get big and conditioned I always respond CYCLE CYCLE CYCLE. My turn to follow my own advice.
I'm going to attempt to perfect my diet and add a little muscle.
I've got the not missing workout thing nailed, now I need to dial in my diet!!
One step at a time.......
