RoP Pratice session

medium day
press ladders w/ 53
3 ladders of 2 rungs
rolled 7
70 swings in 7 minutes

Got the breathing in as I fold and the short breath " behind the shield" out at the top of the swing today.
Really made a vast improvement in my stamina, it was truly a medium day.
This Sat. I will add another ladder w/ 3 rungs
