When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ball-point pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat this problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside-down, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300 C. The Russians used a pencil. This is a perfect analogy for the kettlebell.

That is ADORABLE!
Loved it. I've got three kids who loved it too! Thanks for the recommendation.
You are both welcome.
I was raised with a Lab and some of the most fond memories I have of growing up are with that dog!!
Dogs are THE BEST creature!!! Of course, Trailady loves horses, but dogs are simply more versatile. Can't bring a horse in the house or lay on the couch with it...
Great link- thanks!!! :o)
Hey Royce, Hope everything is going well for you all. Haven't heard from you in a while...
Royce, I just checked in over at Angels blog and so sorry to hear what's going on. I tried to comment last week and today- it won't let me comment, keeps pulling up an error page.
There is SO much I would like to say to Barb right now. Wish I could be there to help out with the kids, give foot rubs and cook for you guys. Been there- done that with family several times now.
It's not the death part that is hardest on me, but the dying part. You know the one you love is leaving, but they aren't gone yet. You know death is coming, but it hasn't let them rest yet. The person you once knew is gone- but still breathing. The agony!
Feeling numb, is normal when the heart is overloaded- so many emotions to process. Just keep holding her when she cries- cry with her even. I'm sure you are a great support to her right now.
Understand too that Barb may feel a lot of unresolved emotions about her parents. I'm so proud of her for doing what's right & helping her Mom. Hopefully, Garnet will see what a treasure Barb is. The post where she says her Dad was superman made me bawl my eyes out, because that's how I always felt about my Dad. He was a legalist, He was rarely around or available emotionally, but he was my hero.
You guys are in my thoughts & prayers. Be well. Don't try to excel right now- just manage...
Please know that my thoughts are with you & your family during this time of loss.
Bless you all...
