workout
bench 185 3 sets five reps
kb single arm swing 10/10 ( left right ), 20 kilo
kb single arm snatch 10/10 ,20 kilo
kb single arm c&j 10/10 , 20 kilo
kb underleg pass 30/30, 20 kilo
workout notes;
may have to stop jogging between set. Will replace with jumprope.
Ankle bothering me again, don't think jogging is so good for an unrehabed previous dislocation.
actually dislocated the same ankle twice in one week, second time I will not be ashamed to admit I cried.
rest of workout strong, need to buy heavier kb maybe 70 pounder for clean and jerks, they almost flew away like a little butterfly today ( lol )
Great workout, getting better every day.

i hate working out!!
Hey Royce! Dude, you may have to quit your ballet performances. I know you love it, but it's really hard on those ankles. HA HA HA Take it easy & do what works for you. Glad you are still workin' it. I have now lost 2 inches in my waist measurements. Slow but steady progress...
Yes ballet is hard on the ankles and knees, when I actually start jumping rope with little school girls maybe my ankle will get better............LMAO.
Shellibells, just keep thinking about that chinese dude and everything will be OK, also you can get in KICK ASS shape then throw it in you exes face. Both of ya'll are not in bad shape at all, from your pictures you both look attractive, no disrepsect to my wife.
Royce: buddy you are very inspirational.
*thinks of the new snapple ad*
I shall soon start working out - one step at a time.
brainsyke, when I started working out I did not change my diet, or cut down on beer, I just changed one thing at a time, my diet is still not perfect and I have a glass of wine in my hand as I type, but everything is improving, I usually get my diet a little tighter every week. Wine is healthy where as beer justputs fat on you ect. Change one thing at a time and you will get there. Remember, how long did it take to get out of shape?? And the longer it takes to reach a goal the more permanent it will be. ( you raise your homeostasis, or staying the same, level ) that is why many long term athletes stop working out later in life and still look fit!!!
Thanks for the advice. It makes good sense.
Hey Royce, Glad you didn't take my joke the wrong way! You've got it right- keep going one step at a time & you will keep making progress. Too many well-meaning people try and plunge others into a complete lifestyle makeover all at once. It never lasts- they get burned out that way. One small step at a time is much easier! PS. I could use your input on some posts I just wrote on my blog. Check it out. I'd love to have your feedback on it.
trailady, I am generally not offended easily, in fact I am a little bit of a smartass actually...LOL. Anyway your joke was funny, partly because I feel like a big sissie when I am trying to not pukw while I am working out!!!!!
Yeah, the other day I got to the gym a little behind schedule and had to put my step in the back of the room. Right in the middle of our workout, the big heater on the ceiling came on- it was blowing right on me. I was already sweatin' like a pig, so the added heat was too much- I actually got nauseated. Don't barf on your kettlebells though, makes them slippery. :o)
