Elbow and knee feel tons better
my left shoulder bothers me a little. But Fuck it I hate missing workouts. What better to do than heavy swings on the first day back?
2 hand swing with 88 ascending/descending ladder.

tougher than I thought. I just added it up it's 216 reps. pr on swing volume with the 88.

Yeah dude I love ladders for heavy swings. You manage fatigue but you still get the tonnage up there.

1-25-1 600+ reps
1-36-1 1200 something
I'm almost thinking about getting the swings up there really high and dropping the Vo2 stuff.
The only drawback is when you controll the fatigue and really knock out the volume you get really sore. Kinda like Staley's EDT stuff.
