When NASA first started sending up astronauts, they quickly discovered that ball-point pens would not work in zero gravity. To combat this problem, NASA scientists spent a decade and $12 billion developing a pen that writes in zero gravity, upside-down, on almost any surface including glass and at temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 300 C. The Russians used a pencil. This is a perfect analogy for the kettlebell.

What does it take for someone to commit to working out? It yo ufind the answer, please do share :-)
For me my commitment to working out started because I was getting into such bad shape I realized that I probably would not live to see my daughters tenth birthday, I know my cholesterol is high, my blood pressure ( wich I have never had a problem with ) is rising scarily fast every year, and if I eat a high fat meal my heart hurts for about an hour afterwards, at least that was the shape I was in, I bought a home gym, cleaned up my diet, cut way back on alcohol, I only really drink beer but still bad calories, and my clothes are starting to fit better and I am feeling better, when I can do my planned cardio workout for a month straight I will step on the scale and post the results. Bottom line either find a damn good reason to workout or find an activity you don't consider working out because you love it, and get to it!!!
